The Secretary of Parliament wishes to inform the job applicants for various positions in the Parliamentary Service mentioned in this Advertisement that they were successful in beating their fellow job applicants in the interview held on 20th - 23rd December, 2025 at the Parliamentary Offices, Dodoma. Accordingly, the parties are hereby informed that they are required to report to work at the Parliamentary Office, Dodoma by 05th January, 2026 for the completion of their employment procedures and assignment.
Job applicants who are called to report to work are required to arrive with original educational certificates from Form IV onwards according to the job qualifications, Birth Certificate, National Identity Card, Original Marriage Certificate (if any); and Original Birth Certificates of child/children (if any). Those whose work requirements require them to be registered with their respective Professional Councils or Boards are required to arrive with their registration certificates and valid work licenses.
