The
Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, on behalf of
Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) and Local Government Authorities
(LGAs), invites applications from qualified and competent Tanzanians to fill
678 vacant positions as outlined in this announcement.
2.0
ASSISTANT NURSING OFFICER GRADE II – 128 Positions
2.1
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
i. Provide
nursing care services.
ii. Collect essential health data.
iii. Supervise and guide subordinate nurses.
iv. Educate patients and the community on health issues.
v. Provide preventive and reproductive health services.
vi. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor, related to the
applicant's education, experience, and skills.
2.2
QUALIFICATIONS FOR APPLICANTS
Candidates
must hold a Diploma in Nursing, of at least two years' duration, from a college
recognized by the Government, and must be registered with the Tanzania Nurses
and Midwives Council.
