Read the following passage then answer the questions that

National examinations are very important for all Standard
Seven pupils in Tanzania. They decide whether a pupil will join secondary
school or not. Because of this, every pupil must prepare well and early.
In addition, pupils must take care of their health. They
should eat good food, sleep for at least eight hours, and avoid too much
television. A healthy body and a calm mind help a pupil to remember.
Pupils should also read and understand their books. It is
not enough to read only to pass tests. Pupils must understand the meaning of
what they read. They should ask teachers for help when learning easier.
Doing past papers is another important way to prepare. Past
papers show the way questions are asked in the national examinations. When
pupils practice past papers, they learn how to manage time and how to answer
questions correctly. This builds confidence. They do not understand something.
Working together with classmates in groups can also make
Good preparation begins with having a proper timetable. A
timetable helps a pupil to divide time for reading, doing homework, resting and
playing. Pupils who follow their timetable do not waste time and they are able
